We have a new Board but anyone interested in being on the board in a non-officer capacity can email one of our co-presidents John Sery or Daria Lovejoy.
The new Board, as of this date is on the About Us page We need to sign up new members to keep enough funds coming in to keep the pool open another year or two. Our pool is situated on beautiful grounds with great trees and views and in summer is a major hub of activity in the neighborhood.Students can earn required volunteer hours by helping out at the pool
The costs associated with running the pool consistently surpass the income. The average seasonal cost can run upwards of $30,000 while the membership fees total around $22,000. The pool does not make a profit but we provide a valuable service giving families a fun, sun-filled place to relax and exercise on a daily basis for the summer.
Membership has increased somewhat and we would like to thank our members for encouraging more friends and neighbors to join but we still need new members. Please let everyone you can know about our beautiful pool.
